Fatima Moore
Vice President of Government Affairs and Advocacy
Fatima has dedicated the last 15 years of her career to working with nonprofits, state and local government, and advancing major legislation. She is a trusted political and strategic thought partner and has a knack for navigating complex political spaces. As the former Deputy City Operating Officer and previously the Government Relations Director for the City of Minneapolis, she played a significant role in advancing racial equity initiatives and implementing policies internally and externally. She assists clients in navigating issues within both the legislative and executive branches of government to achieve their goals, develop advocacy strategies to advance their policy agenda, and advises on political activity.
As a first-generation immigrant, she has learned to navigate many systems, which has afforded her the aptitude and experience to bridge people, systems, and lives toward more just outcomes. When not attending fundraisers and walking the halls of government, you can find her reading or enjoying Minnesota’s beautiful park system with her partner and two teenagers.
