Rachel graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a Bachelor's in Graphic Design. She joined the Hylden team part-time in 2019 as a Legislative Assistant while acting as full-time Director of Operations and Marketing for the adaptive swim lesson provider SwimPossible. Since moving to Hylden full-time in 2022 she has taken on communications consulting, social media management, and designing various digital and physical projects for clients and the HAL team. Rachel has a deep passion for helping clients communicate and visualize their needs and services to both the legislature and the community. Having grown up from a young age in the halls of the capitol - she knows the importance of having your voice heard. When not in the office, Rachel spends time with her husband and critters, working on art and design projects and adding to her home's maximalist collection of antiques.
